  • I.T. Support Specialist

    • Overall responsible for the management and maintenance of desktop environment via onsite support, remote or phone. Assist end user on all in scope request with focus on client satisfaction, service delivery quality and technical excellence
    • Take ownership on assigned incident tickets and resolve with-in the agreed service level and targets. Perform end user support for deskside (hardware and software), network diagnostics and repair and mobile communication technologies
    • Ensure all task are updated and document all troubleshooting and resolutions steps prior to closing
    • Must be able to escalate tickets with dependencies to respective towers/ groups to resolve the concerns of end user
    • Proactively update end users with regards to their request
    • Ability to perform root cause analysis and technical reports for issues involving desktop environment
    • Participate in developing corporate standards for desktop computer software and hardware and conducting reviews to ensure compliance
    • Perform user account management (account creation, modifications, deactivation/ etc) for on-boarding and off- boarding users
    • Prepare needed daily, weekly and monthly reports
    • Responsible for maintaining acceptable level of customer satisfaction and effective professional working relationship with supervisors, co-worker and end users
    • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, after office support and holiday duties
    • Coordinate with vendors on warranty claims for hardware repair/replacement
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree, Computer Science/ Information Technology or equivalent
    • Hands-on experience on PC hardware and software troubleshooting but fresh grads are welcome to apply
    • Advance knowledge and proven record deploying and supporting Microsoft Office application (MS office 2013, office 365, etc)
    • Good to basic knowledge on infrastructure support for network and server devices is a plus
    • Good understanding on mobile messaging devices including Blackberry, Iphone, Android handheld and tablets
    • Good English communications skills both in Oral and written
    • Familiar with service desk ticketing tool
    • Ability to organize, prioritize and multi-task base on ITIL environment
    • Excellent customer service and time management skills
    • Willing to work on a shifting schedule, after office and holiday support
    • Highly motivated, pro-active and willingness to learn
    • Self starter and detailed oriented individual with minimal supervision

  • Data Center Analyst

    • Provides operational support for systems hardware, peripherals and software within data centers and related facilities
    • Identifies, isolates, and resolves problems
    • Conducts periodic inspections data centers to ensure production and data center logistic policies are being met
    • Documents, tracks & monitors issues to make sure a timely resolution
    • Responsible for rack assignments, assembly, installations and moves
    • Plans, organizes, and coordinates ongoing data center installations and modifications to meet current and future timelines/demands
    • Responsible for controlling data center inventory
    • Communicates provisions of data center policies to the corporation and facilitates customer understanding of processes and procedures
    • Plans and coordinates with facilities to ensure appropriate data center capacity/scalability
    • Experience with infrastructure monitoring and management tools such as CA Spectrum, Solarwinds, Splunk, Voyence, NetQoS, JunoSpace, etc
    • Monitor and log data center physical access
    • Provide daily, weekly and monthly operation reports
    • Regularly mentors & provides knowledge transfer to analysts as needed
    • Facilitates consistent & proper procedures for receiving & shipping equipment / packages to make sure security of colocation client & company investments keeping good records of all activity
    • Availability to work different shifts as required and necessary
    • MCSA, MCSE, CCNA and/or JNCIA Certified is a plus
